Martin is the founder of The Trusted Home Buyer and has happily helped homeowners out of challenging situations for over a decade now. Martin is married with four children and loves spending his free time reading, doing Cross Fit, and doing anything that involves the outdoors.

Tammy is a recent transplant from the Panhandle of Florida, where she worked as a Project Manager and helped to restore many of the homes destroyed by Hurricane Michael. She has worked in real estate for 22+ yrs and loves the satisfaction of helping families achieve their dream of home ownership. She moved to Phoenix to be closer to her 2 sisters and mother. She has 3 daughters and 8 grandkids in California and South Dakota that she visits as often as she can.

Tina was born and raised in Phoenix. She attended and graduated from ASU on a volleyball scholarship and then went on to graduate from Baylor University Nursing School. Tina married Martin Boonzaayer in 2000. Tina loves being part of a team that provides reliable real estate solutions for many in the community. When Tina is not helping out at the office, she is busy raising their four beautiful children. Tina also enjoys CrossFit, camping, knitting, and spending time with friends and family.

Victoria is the backbone of The Trusted Home Buyer team, and she loves working with a company that values family and community. When Victoria is not working at the office, she loves spending time with her four children and husband.

Emily enjoys helping people solve real-life problems with Real Estate and creating good memories in the process. She learned about Real Estate from her mother and loves working at The Trusted Home Buyer because of their mission to practice home buying with heart. During her free time, Emily enjoys hiking and building Lego sets.

Konni uses her extensive knowledge of the Phoenix real estate market to provide our clients with the best real estate experience. Konni is also dedicated to serving our senior clients with transitional living support.

Cory, a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with 14 years of experience, is the support for our accounting team. She finds fulfillment in her roles as a devoted wife and mother to her 3-year-old daughter. When she's not crunching numbers, she treasures moments with her loved ones, cherishing family above all else.

Caleb, known as the "Data Scientist," combines his expertise in marketing with a Master's degree in the field. Coming from a blue-collar background, Caleb brings a unique perspective to our marketing efforts, grounding them in practicality and real-world insights. When he's not crunching numbers and devising strategies, you can find Caleb indulging in his passion for outdoor activities. He is an avid flyfisher, surfer, and mountain biker, taking advantage of every opportunity to connect with nature and enjoy an active lifestyle.

Philipp, also known as the "German Engineer," serves as a Developer and Marketing expert. Originally from Germany, Philipp brings international expertise to our marketing efforts. When he's not busy elevating our digital presence, Philipp has a passion for exploring the world, aiming to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to our company.
