Office Manager

About the Position:

The Office Manager will be responsible for assisting the executive, managing the office and handling the bookkeeping related tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

Communicating with tenants
Handling bookkeeping related tasks
Assisting the executive with miscellaneous tasks
Run Reports
Renew leases
Additional tasks per request

Position Qualifications & Requirements:

Detailed oriented
Extremely organized
Prior experience in property management preferred
Preferred experience using Rent Manager Software*
Someone who takes initiative
3+ years Office Management and Bookkeeping experience
