How We Work

The Trusted Home Buyer is a residential redevelopment company. We buy houses (and other real estate) all over central Arizona, primarily the Phoenix metropolitan area. We renovate properties and reintroduce them to the community, thus bringing up the property values for all the homeowners in that community.

The Trusted Home Buyer is founded and managed on principles of trust and integrity. We believe that you can do well by doing good. Our goal is to serve our clients on both sides of each transaction. We offer our clients top-dollar for their properties in addition to valuable information on how to maximize their value and minimize their headaches. And we provide   quality, move-in ready properties at a great price to our renters and buyers.

Team & Founder, Martin Boonzaayer

Our company relies on a team of top-notch professionals, from contractors to real estate sales professionals. Our founder and CEO is Martin Boonzaayer. Martin has been involved in buying and selling real estate for the past 12 years and has been an entrepreneur his whole life. He is one of 9 children.  His parents dreamed the American Dream and immigrated to America with literally $40 in their pocket and a little girl in their arms. The American Dream works if you work! Martin grew up in the family business, a bakery, and learned hard work at an early age.

Believing education was the gateway to a better life, Martin got his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Western Michigan University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude, and went on to get his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. But the entrepreneurial bug from his father was still in him, so after working in corporate America for 5 years he went on his own and has started 6 companies.  All the while investing in real estate on the side.

Several years ago, with the decline in the real estate market, Martin saw an opportunity to help families with their difficulties and jumped into the real estate business full-time. He loves helping people and he loves the freedom to spend time with his family that being an entrepreneur brings.

Martin is happily married to his beautiful wife, Tina, and the proud father of four children.  He is also a part-time martial arts instructor and a 2-time Olympian (2000 & 2004) in the sport of Judo.
